So this was my first time using Etsy ever. I ordered my mugs and then was told after I ordered them that I owed $20 on an already $50 order. That’s a big bump so I expressed my confusion over the price change. They were communicating with me saying they wanted to figure out where the confusion was (the ordering process is not clear imo) and as soon as I sent the extra $20 all communication stopped. The mugs came early which was nice but I don’t think that had anything to do with the vender. You wanna know what I paid and extra $20 for? Stickers put on the mugs for the names. $20 for stickers!?!? And they were already falling off. Sure seems like a scam to me. -10000/10 do not recommend.
