The photos did not match up with what was actually being sold (the Seller’s description of what was actually being sold, i.e. 3 AWA wrestling figures, was buried deep in the advertisement. Instead, the title of the advertisement and every single picture showed the 3 figures PLUS an AWA ring that Seller implied was part of the deal).
Seller was directed to cancel, within minutes of fraudulently-inducing a “potential sale,” but she refused to do the right thing. When her fraudulently-induced sale was immediately cancelled by Citibank, and ultimately “charged back,” the Seller ignored being told not to send the item to me. Then, after the item arrived and I paid to have the item “returned to sender,” the Seller sent the item to me again. The Seller really needs to (re-)read the UCC (Uniform Commercial Code)!
