It took about one week to ship our order of 5 items, and then almost a month total for delivery. A surcharge for time and materials was added. Communication was laborious at best. The dish appears to be newer than claimed. Perhaps it is a copy of an actual vintage tip plate. We did not experience good customer service.

The store is outstanding and the service is great the reel was as advertised and I am sure the people at the store did not take the reel appeared but somewhere down the line it was taken apart. It was nothing resent but a small part in side was missing. Not the fault of the shop by any means and these are great people.
