Was really looking forward to receiving this product, I waiting for it to arrive for over 3 weeks while messaging the seller through the email linked to the Etsy account and regularly being ignored or not being replied to for days. After 3-4 weeks I opened a case with Etsy themselves and the issue was finally resolved and the seller sent the product first class. It’s just a shame this couldn’t have happened when messaging directly. Great product, but not great customer service.
