Seller pointed out my ignorance about the niche of hand poured bars market and described the—what I perceived as a defect—signature hand-poured sign in an understandable way and has offered a refund.

I’ve recieved a full refund and have updated my review to 4 stars. As I entered the trade with ignorance you may fault my -1 star review. But overall it is a good product. I recommend it to those who appreceate handpoured bars.

The basket is not at all shaped like a heart and yet the seller claims it is. I would add a picture so you all could see but there isn’t an option for me to do so. I don’t recommend this since this is for a HEART shaped basket and that is not at all what I recieved.

I’m so happy I found this vendor! So convenient since I live in California and these ears were released at Disney World. They went above and beyond. When I initially ordered I was refunded the same day because the park was sold out for the day, but they were amazing and notified me a few days later that they were able to snag a pair of ears and to let them know if I still wanted them. I jumped on it. I am so grateful and plan to order much much more!

I have tried Amazon mailers, Wal-Mart mailers and Uline mailers. These, by far, are the best! They are so worth the price difference. I have never had a transfer get bent while using these mailers! The cello bags I have ordered are the best also! They are easier to slide the transfers into due to the fact they are a bit thicker and have less static electricity! I highly recommend these products and will continue to order, over and over again!!!

Editing post now that I have opened all of the fans. Of 50 ordered, 16 were damaged to the point of being unusable. I have contacted shop for replacements and will adjust my review again if/when this has been remedied. At this time, the hassle, quality, and need to wait for a second order makes this product WAY more effort than they are worth.
