This fabric had multiple small globs of the white that is used to make the print throughout. I can’t use most of it in that condition and do not have a camera to take a picture to send to the seller. Without a picture I am unable to contact the seller of this. So there is not much I can do about it other that beware of buying on ETSY. Etsy doesn’t allow contact with sellers about concerns such as this without a photo. I certainly do not want someone else to get this same piece so I threw it out. If I do no get my money back, so be it.

Item itself is nice and sturdy, but feels bulky, too boxy between fingers (Hubby complaint). The idea is there, but needs improvement (4*). Customer service…I’m rating (1*) for “attemptâ€?Hate to start off having to ask the tracking # in the first place. I only ordered because it was said to be delivered by certain date. Well it didn’t, because seller failed to make sure my address was correct and all info accounted for on the label. My order was late and killed my planned surprise on our anniversary. I give shipping (2*). FedEx could improve. I called but couldn’t do anything as I wasn’t the sender or I’d get to the bottom of it sooner. In the attempt to deliver maybe a call would have resolved (the apt# was the missing key). The Tin box received was dented and after 24hr’s of bringing this up to the seller still no response.
