Nelly is fantastic with communication but unfortunately I have only given three stars as I was disappointed with my purchase. I purchased a ‘ copper canvas ‘ as it is called on the main heading – for our seventh (copper) anniversary – the perfect gift. However, upon opening it was just a ‘ painted copper effect ‘ canvas. My fault – upon reading further down the description it DOES state ‘ copper effect ‘. I think that what also swayed me to thinking it was a thin sheet of copper placed on top of canvas (besides the headline of COPPER CANVAS was the price. At £80 it would never enter my head that it is just painted – this reflected the price of a sheet of copper in my mind! After purchasing several canvasses before from other sellers they were half that price! I feel robbed. Speed of service superb.
