Before I purchased this, I asked the seller what their return policy was on NIB Furbies, since it said “returns accepted” under policies on the item description. The seller said that they do not accept returns on NIB Furbies, along with a whole bunch of other nonsense. I thanked them and said I would buy the Furby anyway and take the chance that it might not work, because amazingly, this seller gets good reviews. The seller then told me not to purchase their NIB Furbies with the intent of returning them, and then refunded me. I was very polite, straightforward, and stated several times that I understood I could not return them. I’m not sure what’s going on with this seller or why they seemingly couldn’t understand me. They never clarified or followed up when I asked if we were having a misunderstanding, either.
