This item looks good, but I can’t speak for its quality as I didn’t receive it. Not the fault of the seller, who promptly dealt with its loss and I got a full refund. It was a present however, and I ordered it in early February, and it was dispatched on the 23rd of March. So that felt like a long wait for a present! So maybe check the dispatch time before ordering. Otherwise, a fine experience.

It took about a month to get to us but that was over the holidays… PLUS the artist included an extra present even though anyone with common sense should know it takes longer around that time of year, especially with quality handmade customized products. Her extra gift was a sweet bracelet that says “loveвЂ?where the “vвЂ?is a heartвЂ?and there is no way she could have known this but my daughter has a heart defect and so hearts take special meaning to me. I will be gifting this bracelet to my daughter. Also any time i contacted artist she was very prompt & very nice. As far as the product quality, we could not be more thrilled. рџ‘ЌрџЏ»рџ‘ЌрџЏ»

These little mugs are the absolute cutest! However I did run into some problems with my order. When I purchased first my mug I was so excited! The payment process was quick and easy and the shipping was even faster! I only waited about maybe 3-4 days for my mug. However when I did receive the mug it was totally the wrong one! It had a different saying of decal and just was not what I had ordered. I was very disappointed. I had somehow received someone else’s mug. however after I noticed this I quickly messaged Jane and she replied so quick and offered me a new cup shipped over night! Now that’s customer service. She even gave me the privilege of changing my whole cup design! She did not give me any excuses. She straight up owned up to her faults and quickly fixed them. Thank you Jane! I will be coming back!
