The pan arrived with half the side of it broken off. The packaging was just not sufficient for an item of this weight and age. Newspaper will not buffer something of this size/weight. It needed bubble wrap and to be marked as fragile. So disappointed as this was a gift.

The opening for the wick is quite small (I used an ECO-10) and I had to use a bit of force to get it to fit in the gap. Ultimately the bars did a great job and after trimming the wick there were no signs of where the metal had previously dug into it. Definitely still 5 stars!
