I asked to have an item shipped as soon as possible or to cancel the order all together as it was for a client. I didn’t hear anything from them so I assumed it would ship. A shipping label was “created” but never actually shipped out. I had to then overnight the item I needed from another shop. I not only wasted my money by having to pay for overnight shipping and my time wasted. The only good thing they did was return my money.
