The quality of the item was great, the seller was very responsive and it came in a timely fashion. But PLEASE find different packaging material. The foam pellets you used cannot be recycled and had charge in them so they stuck to everything and took a very long and frustrating time to disengage from hands, clothing, anything they touched. I almost gave it a 2, but customer service was good. The product, for the price, is not what we had in mind as it does not look as nice as other metal prints I have seen. Most metal prints appear almost etched into and part of the metal. This almost has the look of something on top of metal, which takes away from why a metal print is more expensive in the first place.
