The item was received broken in many pieces. I contacted the Seller, and was met with a lack of concern. I was shocked by the demeanor. Though, the broken item may not have been her fault, she just said to file a claim with the postal service. There was no “so sorry” or mention of assisting in the process. The postal service informed me it usually is up to the seller to provide proof of insurance and file a claim. I will not be purchasing from this seller again.
