I purchased a water boiler for a primitive house. It was advertised as a copper boiler. When it arrived it was rusty and not copper. I contacted the shop and explained the advertisement was misleading. I offered to have a lab prove the worth of the item. I wanted a reduced price. I removed the label and did not ask for a refund. the reply: “This is the owner of Bleakhouse302. If someone has an issue with an item purchased from our store, they may return it as long as we receive it back in its original condition. We’ve never had an problem with that. You removed an irreplaceable piece of vintage advertising which was completely unnecessary. You could’ve contacted us before doing that if you had an issue. The item has been damaged and there will be no reimbursement- Deborah. The issue… they lied and avoided the concern.

My Father’s Day item I ordered over a month ago has been on hold, seller keeps telling me they are contacting the company and that It is on its way turns out the hold was because I had to pay additional delivery fee which would have been fine had I known. Seller requested my phone number to send to delivery company but keeps telling me my number is not correct �false.
I finally called delivery company and was Able to pay additional fees over the phone but this could have been avoided if the add was honest and seller Gave me the proper information in the first place.
Now let’s just hope the item is nice but at this point it doesn’t even matter Fathers Day is long gone.

Love this cabinet! Just wish it would have had more coloured paint on it like the picture showed. Also beware: the backing is very weak. Made of old building boards. Definitely will need to put a strong backing to hang it. Otherwise it’s just perfect for me!!!

I received the beaded hair lacer very quickly, and it arrived with instructions, which I was grateful to receive. It wasn’t broken or anything, but I feel like I overpaid a lot for what I received especially considering there were three tiny beads, a small length of cord, and a piece of paper inside the package. And it’s almost impossible to put it in one’s own hair, so I had my wife try to put it in my hair, and she kept failing at it as badly as I did. I think it’s a good idea, but not very practical, and overpriced for what you receive and the difficulty of putting it in. Perhaps if the whole thing were in stretch cord it might work. But as just cord, unless you’re doing this for a very thick beard or long hair (past shoulder-length), you might find it difficult to put on.
