The product description for this product said it was 7.5 inches deep which is around the depth I was looking for. The product was actually only 3 inches deep. The photo was taken in such a way that it made the shadow box looked much larger than it actually was. I even sent the listing to a friend who said, “You found a deep shadow box!!�Boy did they have us fooled. Very disappointed.

I chose to make a purchase of the Coco-83 wax despite it being way over priced from this shop as it’s been difficult to obtain due to the ongoing manufacturer issues. I ordered 40 pounds of Coco-83 and 5 pounds of beeswax. The order came in a box with the Coco-83 wax thrown into an unsealed bag that started to leak melted wax. It did, however, still weigh. The 5 pounds of beeswax was missing completely. I reached out to the shop owner to address the missing beeswax privately�as a small business owner myself, mistakes and errors can and do happen. The communication and customer service was very poor. It took 2 messages to even acknowledge the missing beeswax. This shop owner blamed the carrier. Said the replacement beeswax would ship the next day. I didn’t receive it until 6 days later. I do not recommend this shop.
