I’m not at all happy with this order. I received 2broken glass items from seller. The second one was so broken up (bowl) that when I went to lift it out of box there were shards sticking out & I cut my wrist on it. I informed seller & all that was said was�sorry �they refunded the two broken pieces but didn’t even mention the fact it cut me. I won’t buy from them again

So I unfortunately- and unknowingly – threw these two dolls away when I opened the package and took out the other purchase. They were wrapped in bubble wrap, but I never saw them. I had received maybe 15 packages from Etsy and Amazon that day as I was getting ready for a shoot and had totally forgotten to check in the dolls because they were a personal purchase and not for business. When I realized the next day that I didn’t have them, I looked back through the packaging, but somehow overlooked them again. And then I left for my photo shoot. It wasn’t until I returned home that I decided to email and ask about them. That is when I discovered that my husband or I must have thrown them away. I was upset, but resigned since it was my fault. The next morning, I saw an email for a credit from the shop. Wow! THAT is customer service!
