I never got the item (ordered months ago, still says in transit) and tho this isn’t the shops fault, they haven’t done anything to help except send me the phone number to a post office and basically tell me I need to figure it out myself. All I have to give a rating to is the customer service for this shop and I find it very lacking. I hate giving these kinds of reviews, I’d rather say nothing at all, but this seems worth letting others be aware of. Waiting to see if they will at least give me a refund or contact the post office themselves in order to set up some kind of investigation. If I can update the review at a later date and something changes, I will.
