I will start by saying the cups turned out pretty good. The cup itself is good quality. I wish the picture was a little bigger but overall it turned out good. The reason I’m giving a 2 stars is because it took a month to get my order and the customer service was subpar. I needed this ordered shipped to multiple addresses. I confirmed with the shop before placing the order this could be done. That didn’t happen. Ordered 12/13. The label was printed on 12/18. It didn’t actually ship until about 1/7. I will say that even though my order was botched when they did respond they were nice. Not sure I would recommend this shop. Maybe not during the holidays.
