Vintage umbrella… The box came and was opened infront of my mail carrier as soon as it arrived. The umbrella wasn’t packed with anything to protect it what so ever. Sadly, it was broken in two pieces. I contacted the shop to let them know I wasn’t happy, nor was I happy it WASN’T packed with anything to make it safe. I got a return message telling me it was packed with something and the whole message wasn’t apologetic what so ever. I was shocked at the dishonesty and lack of care. I then let the shop know I wasn’t happy about that and they then admitted fault. I then asked for half my money back because it was no longer worth anything but I wanted to try to repair it. I was told send it back with again no care from the shop that I wanted this item and was upset. I tried repairing it but now it has glue marks and isn’t strait.
