Things I liked: Responsiveness of shop owner. She checked with me to ask how I liked the proof before completing it which I thought was good customer service. Shipped quicker than expected.
What I disliked: Quality wasn’t reflected in price point. I paid $71.25 for a 12×16 0.75inch wrapped canvas. It’s nice but it’s not $70+ nice. I also had to pay an additional $15 for standard shipping. So the whole total was $86.25. If the quality was better or if it was actually real wood instead I would of given this 5 stars.

I was expecting the one with a flaw to only have minor scratches and a pink streak on the top. It came in all rusted and the rusted hinge broke immediately when I opened it. If the listing had been a bit more informative I wouldn’t be so disappointed because although it was labelled as flawed, I didn’t think there’d be actual mold spots on the paper inside. Seems like it’d be fun to restore it, but I’m still sad that it was not communicated as clearly in its condition.
