ORIGINAL REVIEW: I needed 3 different backdrops by the originally specified delivery date for a very large multi-family session and was informed that the shipment was delayed and would be arriving later than planned. I told them after they notified me, and they covered the extra cost to overnight the backdrops to me and they arrived in time for me to be able to set everything up tonight and use it all during the day day tomorrow.
