The quality of the product is EXCELLENT. I did not have a problem with the product itself. The only problem I had was not being able to get it in the 15-INCH length — which is what I preferred. I went to the website and tried to find out how it could be customized. However, I never SAW that option. Even after I wrote and explained that I could not see the option to customize, nobody called me. There was no PHONE NUMBER for me to call and ask. When I could not get it made to 15 inches exactly, I improvised a way to extend the 12-INCH lengths. I attached a “quick link” to each loop, and it worked fine. The lack of good customer service dragged down my rating. Otherwise, it would have been 5 STARS.
