Roni was a great communicator throughout the process. She took my notes & implemented them quickly, and was committed to my satisfaction before proceeding through the steps of the process.
When the item arrived slightly bent from its journey to the US, Roni offered insight as to how to bend it back into place (it’s metal, so it’s flexible). I was able to bend it back into shape and it looks perfect.
Roni generously offered to reimburse me for the trouble, but I declined. She even offered to have it re-cut if I was unhappy.
Overall, a great artist to work with. A+ transaction.
