So I really like the dispenser and it arrived on time but I had to knock down a star because of the pump. For starters, the somewhat flimsy plastic and chrome finish just makes the pump look cheap compared to the glass bottle itself. But more importantly, when it arrived, the pump was super bent at the straw part. I realized it was because it was too long to fit in the bottle properly. I ended up having to cut the straw part down myself to make it fit right.
For the price I would have expected a better quality pump or at the very least one that fit properly. I have another soap dispenser that’s almost the same but that one has a much better pump and it cost me half the price….
All in all it’s still a very cute dispenser and now that I fixed it it’s working great.

This was truly a disappointment. The quality of the cut outs looked like I went to a local shop and attempted to print the masks on my own. Not to mention the eye holes are ripped. The image I used was even 200dpi as requested. For $50, this is a rip-off! Will not order again and/or recommend to anyone.
