I agree with the other seller (Steve) as I felt a similar sentiment when receiving the item. I don’t think the seller means harm but I do think buyers should be aware that what they mentally expect to receive in the mail may not be what they actually receive. The item in pictures looks very eloquent, but in person it was pretty flimsy and had a very cheap, homemade appeal. It was not worth the $180 ( with shipping cost) that I paid for it. I was actually very surprised when I opened it to be honest. Like I said I don’t enjoy leaving negative reviews but after reading Steve’s review and feeling a similar sentiment, I wanted to share my feelings as well.

I honestly was not ready for inkjet quality labels that I am required to cut out. Although I was initially disappointed, I ended up very happy with my order.
The listing said that I’d get my design preapproved and that the process would be quicker if I paid for the item first. After paying for the item and sending a message with my design request (it was a largish order with many different names/colors on individual mugs) I received a message saying that due to the busy time (the holidays) they wouldn’t be sending me preapproval before printing my order. 😳 It was a decent amount of money to invest without being sure I’d get what I wanted. Then shipping took a long time. Item was ordered 11/28, listed as shipped 12/2 and I didn’t receive it until 12/19. HOWEVER! I am extremely pleased with the product I received. It is exactly how I requested and it looks great. I am excited to gift these. Thanks!!
