When asked to return dolls, Lori said no returns. I stated one of the dolls had stitching that was undone. She accepted the return, along with specific instructions: Tracking numbers within three days of our conversation or the deal will be off, securely wrap dolls, and I pay for shipping. All fine, met the requirements.
She received the dolls and stated: “This sort of damage did not happen when she sent the dolls to me”. Implying I damaged the dolls, for a return she refunded me $30 instead of $52, CHARGING ME for the repair. She was aware of the type of damage before I returned the dolls. This was very underhanded, and dishonest. 12 years I have been purchasing from Etsy and never have come across such unprofessionalism.

The wood is such a nice color, and this crate will serve many purposes for me. While I can appreciate the integrity and authenticity of this vintage piece, I think it would have been great if the seller had cleaned it before shipping.
