Update: this problem has been resolved to the satisfaction of both parties. Money was refunded. The seller handled the problem graciously, i would recommend this seller.
Previously: Item is missing a piece making the item unusable as a lipstick case. Overpriced for just an empty shell. The item was slow to arrive and now I will have to spend additional money finding a replacement part for the case. However my interactions with the seller were polite and professional and I do not believe she is intentionally deceptive so, 3 stars.
