After ordering several antique ornaments from this shop, they arrived with broken pieces of glass in the package. When I reached out to Lena, she claimed it was prexisting damage based on an antique ornament’s age, but who would package up a chipped ornament with its broken fragments included? Before I unwrapped the ornaments, they rattled and several pieces of glass fell out of the packaging. These ornaments were damaged in shipping, and Lena dismissed my complaint as “being bothered”. I will not be ordering from this shop again.

Packaged very nicely. Clean and neat. Purchased for using as mask ties, a little thicker and stiff compared to other types of twill. Assuming it should soften in the wash.
FYI: If you order more than one 5 yard quantity, it will come cut into separate 5 yard bundles. I would suggest contacting shop owner to see if they could leave continuous.
