I received a beat up box (that part was expected, it came a long way) with holes. It was the rattle inside and squishiness of the box that let me know there was not enough padding. This traveled from Germany to the US in a cardboard box with some newspaper and single sheet of bubble wrap. The items were in their original packaging; inside there were loose tea light candles out of their plastic bag rolling around. Handles rattling around with the cups, must have been attached at the start because 4 of the handles chipped off at the part that connects to the bottom of the cup. I am gonna glue back the chipped parts. Maybe the seller was overwhelmed with the state of the world. Understandable. I just get a vibe from the seller that they usually do better and my experience is the outlier.
