I still have not received the package, so I can’t comment on the quality of the item, but I am very frustrated with the order process from this shop. The shipping label was created Dec 17, 2020 and the item is still pre-shipment. I contacted the seller and got a response Dec 28, 2020 apologizing for the delay and saying it would ship out that day, but the item has still not been scanned in by USPS. I am understanding of shipping delays with the post office, but the lack of pre-emptive communication and the consistent lack of delivery is very frustrating. If the item does not ship by end of week, I will be asking for a refund.

The feed sack that I was sent was not the one pictured in the listing and was in much, much worse shape than the one that was featured in the ad. The one that I received was dirty, stained, and had holes in it. I initially gave the seller a one-star review as a result. The seller then gave me a full refund and reimbursed my postage costs for returning the item, requesting that I revise my review, which I am now doing. Although the seller has made things right, I still cannot give a five star rating since the listing did not accurately reflect the item that was sent. The pictures are a vital part of the description and should accurately portray the item that is actually being purchased. To post pictures of a pristine item and then send a damaged one instead is very misleading.
